1. Introduction

PrivateTutorHub ("PTH", "we", "our", or "us") provides a platform that enables tutoring businesses, educators, coaches, and training organisations to create and operate their own branded learning platforms. This includes course hosting, student management, tutor management, payment integrations, communication tools, and related services.

By using PrivateTutorHub, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create and manage an account on PrivateTutorHub. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, tutoring organisation, or educational institution, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain misleading, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

4. Platform Usage

PrivateTutorHub may only be used for lawful educational, tutoring, coaching, and training purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• Use the platform to distribute malware, spam, or malicious code
• Resell, duplicate, or exploit the service without authorization
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the platform

5. Payments & Billing

PrivateTutorHub operates on a subscription-based pricing model. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on your selected plan.

Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring successful billing. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of platform access.

Payments collected from students through connected payment providers are processed directly between the tutoring business and the payment processor. PrivateTutorHub does not take commission on course sales unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed unless otherwise required by law. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Tutoring businesses using PrivateTutorHub are independently responsible for setting and managing their own student refund policies.

7. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the platform, including courses, videos, documents, branding assets, and educational materials.

By uploading content, you grant PrivateTutorHub a limited license to host, process, display, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and delivering services.

8. Intellectual Property

The PrivateTutorHub platform, including its software, branding, interface, features, and infrastructure, remains the intellectual property of PrivateTutorHub and its licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party provider issues may occasionally affect availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the platform, or create security risks.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the active billing period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivateTutorHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PrivateTutorHub within the previous 12 months.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect user data.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
